They have been wonderful! It is a family operated business and they don't do sales calls. When you are dealing with the company, you are working with the owner and his son instead of an estimate or a third party. They do not have high pressure sales. If something can be repaired, they repair it instead of trying to install something new. They keep their customers budget in mind and the prices are very fair. I had four estimates and Hoffman's was the most fair, reasonable, and easy to work with out of all the companies. They do not have after hours services and you have to leave a message. Sometimes you have to call during normal business hours for a follow up on your message, but when they are open, they are very responsive and get back to you quickly. I have been very happy with their services.

Hoffman's Appliance & Air Conditioning gave us an estimate on a new system about 18 months ago.

Refrigerator motor died. He came out right away and took care of the problem. Replaced the motor.
